The following terms are applicable for any Goods that the Buyer purchased through Vancouver Golf Tour Inc.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Buyer – means the person who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller;
• Goods – means the articles which the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Seller;
• Seller – means Vancouver Golf Tour Inc.
• “Service” refers to the Website.
• “Website” refers to https://vancouver-golf-tour.shoplightspeed.com accessible from www.vancouvergolftour.com
  
  

Buyer Order Cancellation Rights

All sales that have discounts, or are sale-priced items, or that use prize credits or gift cards towards payment, are FINAL sales with no refunds or cancellations available. All custom orders are FINAL sales with no exchange or refund possible.  For regular-priced sales, returns and/or refunds or exchanges are available if canceled within 14 days subject to the conditions outlined below.

In order to cancel an order, the Buyer needs to inform us by sending an email to:

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging with tags, and are unworn and/or unused
• The following Goods cannot be returned:
• Any Goods made to your personalization –ie., custom orders.
• Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

VGT reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at their sole discretion.

Returning Goods

The Buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to VGT and they should send the Goods to the following address:

VGT is not to be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, please use an insured and trackable mail service. VGT will not issue a refund or exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

VGT will reimburse the Buyer within a reasonable time after we receive the returned Goods and no later than 30 days. VGT will refund by the same means of payment as the Buyer used for the Order.  All returns are subject to any return shipping charges incurred by the Company and 20% restocking fees, payable prior to any refund or exchanged items.

PRIZES AND GIFT CARDS

VGT will inform all eligible players of prizes won by email and will add the amount to their Gift Card balances.  All Gift Cards have an expiry date and the players will be informed of these dates by email.  Goods ordered or prizes won, must be paid and collected within one year, otherwise the goods will be donated or returned to stock.
